Temple to Temple Run!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. This semester has been very busy for both Jeff and I. Jeff and I both have a job and along with that Jeff is in the ROTC and we are both taking a full load. Here is me catching up from September...

Before

Skyler and Kathryn!

Jeff and I and his sister Jamie and her husband Ryan

Brian and Skyler stayin' warm in the car!

Mallorie made it!

Our pow wow on the side of the road!

Jeff decided he got too hot so he took his shirt undershirt off.

Ryan was so nice to grab it for him as he was running.

Much Better!

So I decided to wear his undershirt since he hardly did.

And I'm off!

I didn't think I was going to make it and Jeff ran the last two miles with me. What a stud!

We ran the last yards together!

What an exhausting, but fun day!

After--We had some teammates who had to leave for work and a birthday party!

Mountain Biking in Teton Village

We went to Jackson for our anniversary without our mountain bikes and that was a big mistake and we were regretting it the whole time so we took off work and went back the following Friday. It was really fun. We didn't have to do the hard part (riding up the mountain) because there was a ski lift! It was an interesting day. Jeff felt sick all day which was awful because out of all the days it had to be that one. I won't even mention that he wasn't sick the day before or after that day....just that day :( Poor guy. He was a champ though!  Here are some pictures:

We saw these two little boys the weekend of our anniversary. The younger one was no older than 3 and the older one couldn't have been any older than 5. Jeff said those would be our sons and I told him I wanted our kids to be studs ha!

Oh and did I mention that I bee got stuck between my sunglasses and my face (right by my eye) and I almost crashed but didn't? But don't worry....I did get stung by that bee. Dang bee.

Anniversary in Jackson!

I cannot believe that we have already been married for two years! It has been the best two years of my life. We decided to go to Jackson Hole, Wyoming for our anniversary. We went White Water rafting and got a really awesome deal because Jeff knew our guide because they were mission companions in Argentina.

After that we hung out on the town and went to the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum.

And then we had to get another picture of us of course!

That night we had dinner at the Million Dollar Bar and it was pretty good.

That next Monday was our official anniversary so we decided to drive to Pocatello for dinner. We went to Red Lobster because we had a gift card there, it was all you can eat shrimp, and we also had a coupon!

HELICOPTER RIDE!!

For Jeff's birthday, we decided to go on a Helicopter ride. Friday night we hitched up our car and drove the 4 hours to Meridian where we stayed the night. I just love staying in hotels, I think it is so fun! Saturday morning we got up, ate our hotel breakfast and headed off to explore the town. We went birthday shopping...again ha! When the time came, we drove to Caldwell.

The Helicopter we rode in!

Smaller, 2 passenger helicopter parked next to ours
Taking off, what a smooth ride!

Boise Stadium!

After our Helicopter ride we decided to go to Rockies Diner. We heard about this little joint on Man vs. Food so we thought we should try it and it was very good! Jeff got the Earthquake burger (go big or go home) and I got the Teriyaki Bacon Chicken sandwich....YUM!

The Challenge he did on Man vs. Food

Off Subject: Yesterday I successfully made my very first loaf of bread. Honey Oat Bread. The past two times I have attempted to make bread...I forgot the concept of letting the dough rise. It's fine.

Despicable Me 2, A Little Bit of Color and Derby

We went to Despicable Me 2 and I was so excited to go. It was pretty good, but not as good as the first.

A couple of weekends ago we did a 5K color run! It was a lot of fun. They didn't time us, it was more for fun than anything and it was a lot of fun! We got drenched in color.
That night our friends Kathryn and Skyler invited us to the derby in town and that was so much fun. I can't remember the last time I went to a demolition derby!
Of course you need an elephant ear when you go to the derby!

Us in our matching Color Run shirts!

Happy Birthday!!

Jeff had his birthday on July 4th and we had so much fun that weekend! We went to breakfast that morning and then we went to the parade. After we decided to go to the movie White House Down that day because we could get in free. After that we went birthday shopping!! Later, we ate dinner at his parents' house and then  he opened presents!

Sorry, I was a bad wife and forgot to take a picture of him blowing out the candle :( It was a really fun day!

We went to Arizona to see my parents and grandparents and it was so much fun! It was pretty hot, but we got some good tans...especially Jeff.
